His career numbers are better then I thought they would be, TD-Int 144-86 rating 92.5 Comp % 63.1

His play has never been great, statistically, yet he's widely considered a top 5 QB. And clearly his team/championships are based on defense, but so were Bradshaw's. Does winning a 3rd ring make him a HOF'er? thoughts?
