looks like you've got enough juice to run tools. i think one of the important things for a computer not to bog down (what you're experiencing with buffering) is to make sure its running optimally. reading from one drive and writing to another is very important. mmm.. i do think maybe your ram is low...

Hey- i just stumbled through here...i guess i would want to know the box's specs youre using and if you're using more than one drive. i'm not the master but but am in front of tools setups more often than id like to be.
