This is probably one of the the most important hip-hop albums in the world to me. I still have the original tape I bought back in 1984 that I used to listen to on an old tape recorder. I had to hide in my room with my ear to the speaker to listen to it because my grandmother didn't like me listening...

Someone recommended 'Spin It Again' to me and it works perfectly for my tapes. And it's FREE!!! Just use one cable and an adapter to link your laptop and the tape deck. It cost me about $13.00 total at Radio Shack.

Does anyone know how Tragedy ended up on this album? Were they friends or something?

I remember everyone in my neighborhood thinking that Jaz was biting Big Daddy Kane but I quietly listened to this album a lot when it came out. "Fun", Give a little Extra", etc. were all good tracks and Jaz could rhyme very well. I always ignored that "Hawaiian Sophie" track!
