Re: DayZ

Been playing since summer - anyone still go on? I stay on a private server called Fort Bandit (you can find their servers on DayZ Commander). They have a Teamspeak, too.

The map updates are amazing.

DayZ: Hardcore Zombie Survival MMO

The standalone is due out by the end of the year. I was wondering if anyone has been playing the "free" alpha/beta releases of the mod? You have to own both Arma 2 and the Operation Arrowhead expansion on Steam in order to play. Its essentially a hardcore military simulator modded for a hardcore zom...

didn't really think it was worth the money for the Nightwing DLC, especially since he's only selectable on challenge mode. would be cool if there was fresh DLC like the Catwoman missions for the likes of Azrael. Azrael is in this? Yeah, I realized he was the Unknown guy, but I didn't know Catwoman ...

Starwars: The Force Unleashed was good. The sequel sucked, though. How the fuck is that and the modern Ninja Gaiden's (since the original Xbox) a mash-em up game? Force Unleashed is a makeshift rpg, and Ninja Gaiden is just adventure. I think you're confused, because both of those don't have anythi...

lost interest after a few average reviews and watching my cousin get bored after playing it for a total of 45 minutes. fuck this game, the fantasy rpg genre is for faggot dungeon and dragon fans. nothing innovative will ever come of the concept again.

I believe it. The gameplay of Left 4 Dead is kind of goofy, too, while still holding suspense. I can see this getting repetitive. I played Dead Rising 2 for a little bit, and got bored fairly easy.

[quote="Sigma"]I don't think that makes it sound so great though. 2 weeks and you've hit the max level cap and got 26 of a maximum of 80 skill points. That's long for a regular game, but not one that you pay

Trust me, there's no way you can max out your character in a week. You are allotted skill and power points to spend on shit for your character through a system of completing feats. Once you reach 30 you only have the feat-points to rely on to further your character instead of XP. Every 100 feat poin...

Wrong. The "maxing out" you're talking about is reaching level 30? Yeah, that just starts the game. The rest of the game begins after 30. Hard-Mode Alerts, Duos, Raids, and the infinite quest for PvP gear and weapons... Once you max out a weapon you can invest points in another one to get the best p...

^What's wrong with it? I'm not a MMO fan or expert, so I don't know much when comparing it to other titles. What I do know is that I love the DC Universe. Plus, dual wielding pistols while blasting niggas from a rooftop with bombs and then flying away into the horizon is a win in my book.

EVO battery life is only bad if you live on your cellphone's internet. I don't spend upwards of 5 minutes on my browser because of how fast it is. What I've found to be one of the largest battery drainers are the 7 different homescreens. With a 3rd party home launcher like LauncherPro I can cut down...
