Aside from a personal annoyance with the way he (and some people) pronounces certain words like errbody, this is pretty damn good IMO. This will be a on repeat for a while.

Saw Washed Out last week in Denver. Was a little bit better than I expected. I was worried how chillwave would sound in a live setting. They had a bassist and a drummer so that helped make it more band-like. Was a pretty fun show, but really short. I think they did about 10 songs. Memoryhouse opened...

Not really feeling this album compared to their last. If I hadn't heard the debut I would probably like it a lot more. Maybe someday it'll grow on me.

This is pretty damn good but doesn't touch Teen Dream for me. But that may change when I get my vinyl copy.

Yeah it was posted in the Mello Music 2012 thread. Would love to get a CDQ of this track. For the most part I like Apollo Brown's production but a whole album might be a bit too much. As long as there's at least 5 really dope songs on this album I'll be happy.
