-The overblown Post-Jordan buzzer beater argument- which was never meaningful in evaluating a player and has now officially jumped the shark. Why? It was certainly among the criteria people used to judge Michael Jordan badassed-ness as well as those of his predecessors (Magic, Bird). It's the stat ...

here's the quote from the post-game Lebron: ג€œAbsolutely not. Because at the end of the day, all the people that was rooting on me to fail, at the end of the day they have to wake up tomorrow and have the same life that they had before they woke up today. They have the same personal problems they ...

2 free throw attempts. Congrats LeBron, you're Mike Miller with more minutes. he might be the first superstar that has been punished by the refs for flopping I know he hasn't attacked the basket too often but 16ft in 5games for a guy that averages over 8 per game is pretty crazy, and he's been hit ...

Apparantly there's a video being circulated by the local media/news of Wade & James making fun of Dirk Nowitzki's "fever" with them simulating coughs and pronouncing themselves sick and that they don't know how they'll continue.

I never followed his post Kings career closely but can someone tell me what happened to Mike Bibby's game? He's not that old and used to be a very effective player. What gives?

Lots of variables. What if Dallas could knock down a wide open shot? What if Dirk didn't have a fever this evening? What are the chances LeBron goes 3-11 again? What if Wade was more consistent at the line?

At least it's going six games.

I guess Lebron has made a few too many 3s lately, if he just drives to the basket he's going to get foul calls and they still win the game just laughably bad offense for the last 5mins by Miami Right? As strong as the Mavs finished, the Heat just had laughably bad offense down the stretch. It was l...

Heat in 6, maybe 7. Mavs put up a heck of a fight and make a series of it but just get outclassed. They're new image becomes that of the plucky underdogs who challenged the Big Red Machine rather than the choke artists who gave away the finals in '06 and then let an 8th seed gang rape them in '07. D...

I know they beat them in 5, but all these games were games. A lot of them, the Mavs were trailing up until the last minutes of the game. Dallas does not look that strong to me right now.

If the Bulls are the anti-heat than the Heat philosophy is right and the Bulls/old Cavs philosophy is wrong. According to the Heat; nothing beats overwhelming star power, even if the rest of your team are scrubs, the regular season doesn't matter, the playoffs are the only thing that counts. The Hea...

Whenever I think J-Kidd is playing well I always wonder if subconsciously I mean (for a guy who's 38 years old), but he really is playing well. Still among the top 50% of PGs in the league and having a solid series.

This comparison between Bird and Dirk. has been made numerous times and far be it from be to contend Magic, but to me, 90% of it is the fact that both of them are tall white blonde dudes who shoot really well. I watched a bunch of film of Bird recently, and I found myself unblown away by his jump sh...

When Dallas traded him to Milwaukee, my dad said it was worse than when they took Detlef Schrempf ahead of Karl Malone. He also predicted that "Big White Goomer" we got for him would be out of the league in 3 years. Good ol' Dad.

Also I think Kobe must be injured or something because he's not taking it to the hoop or getting to the line at all. Even a 32 year old Kobe should be shredding the Mavs old and undersized guards + Jason Kidd's corpse but instead he's been relying on 22 foot jump shots.
