At fist I was a lil underwhelmed, wasn't sure why they made such a softer-sounding album that takes away all the hard drums & adds all these vocal samples, its like french salon music or some shit, but the 2nd half of the tape especially really grew on me ... favs are 'trash bin' 'shark wrestling' '...

new album is way better than the gunplay project which has a couple great beats and verses but some weird choruses & generally unmemorable songs I think the new album is really super substantial, the production is more one note than I think it needed to be but I see why they did it, draws attention ...

i say this as a guy who has unapologetically stanned for jeezy, gucci, keef, kodak, etc.
