Maybe we leave it the way it was because a lot of the closer backups get owned anyway. We could always lower the max acquisitions per year from 75 to 50 which would somewhat limit the scouring. Only 3 teams came close to or met the limit last year. Everybody else was well under 50.

Reviewing the waiver setting options, I don't think there is a way to have players be free agents and have waiver settings where everyone has a fair shot at every player. Not sure it's worth it then because I could waste my waiver priority on a backup position player and then lose out on a top keep...

Tough to trade keepers. Seems like most of us have more options than the 11. Makes it a harder choice which is funner anyway.

I will take Chris Carter if you're giving me higher waiver priority. As long as I don't have to keep him. Otherwise he will still be available come the 15th round.

Most often your 12th keeper will be available at your 1st non-keeper draft pick anyway. Then it's usually still a difficult choice. Another keeper would make an easier decision for your last keeper but not as fun or fair for rebuilders.
