Saw a free preview of this last night and it is indeed cheesy. It's like Boyle's take on a Bollywood film. It's a crowd pleaser, but it's pretty corny and ridiculously implausible.

I saw this at a midnight screening at the New York Asian Film Festival, it delivers on its promises. It was fun, but not much more.
