if it's a big file you're trying to upload, it may take a while. try uploading a text document or something small and see if that works. if it does, when you upload an mp3 or something you have to leave it alone until it finishes. could take an hour, or 5.

put in any email address
click "send it"
link people to the link it gives you after it's uploaded

those have no inserts and i'm pretty sure it's just snippets of songs off "jewelz". i can probably send you one if you want it really bad.
