Jin in Tekken 3/TTT. Cinder in Killer Instinct (infinite combo). A lot of the bosses in Shin Megami Tensei games, from my experience. Cactuar. Ghouls 'N Ghosts. Getting to the end of a game on normal and learning you have to beat it on hard. After beating it on hard, the ending is some fucking words...
