Jin in Tekken 3/TTT. Cinder in Killer Instinct (infinite combo). A lot of the bosses in Shin Megami Tensei games, from my experience. Cactuar. Ghouls 'N Ghosts. Getting to the end of a game on normal and learning you have to beat it on hard. After beating it on hard, the ending is some fucking words...

I've never played Civilization (aside from 3, for about 10 minutes) before but this is great.
