Richard and Jimmy both knew that Jimmy was being set up. It was Jimmy's choice in a sense (showing up unarmed, etc.) so I can't see Richard going on the war path.

Richard/Van Alden/Capone/Lansky vs. Manny/Nucky/Eli makes the most sense and would be the most interesting to watch.
