Re: Best Large Professor remix
Hasnt done as many major ones as you'd think, compared to say Pete Rock, Primo and Diamond D. Seems to be a case of quality over quantity though. Think these are the main ones... These are some really dope instrumental albums, by a beatmaking crew headed up by Fanatik (of Rasco's "Unassisted" fame). http://beatgrinders.com/ All four albums are available for free download right now. Check it out... Here's one sample: https://www.youtube.com/user/beatgrinders#p/a/u/2/WNtIhW5nowI

Re: Big Daddy Kane - Looks Like A Job For.. LP question
On my vinyl copy of the album, the credits for "Very Special" listed on the back cover are wrong. It says featuring Lil Daddy Shane and doesn't mention the featured artists Spinderella, Karen Anderson & Laree Williams. I would like to know if that's a misprint on all copies. Does anyone have the LP...

I could go either way on this one.. two amazing albums, but I'll take MATSB. The production is not as slick as TMI, but on MATSB Pete's arrangements are more animated and he shows greater range stylistically, which makes it more interesting as a whole album. As for the MCing CL Smooth has some prett...

I missed the Rugged Neva Smoove joint when I voted. Oops. I'd change mine to that one from the Roots (if I could). Diamond seriously killed that Word is Bond Remix. As for the production.. i think in the brian coleman book check the technique they touch on the production for that fugees album. So what does it say? That's really what I'm curious about as far as the Score. I have a hard time imagining that Wyclef was the production wiz behind that. Most of the b...
