Re: Official European Football 2012 Regular Season Thread

So glad Ozil is out of Madrid. He has always been so much fun to watch and I think he'll be amazing on that team. A attacking band of 3 with him, Cazorla and Walcott (or whoever really) is pretty fucking slick. Great signing.

Re: NFC West Thread

Looks like half the 49ers draft bout to hit IR/PUP.

It seems excessive, but I do get the feeling Harbaugh really is trying to live a parallel-Carrol existence. And vice-versa.

Re: Official European Football 2012 Regular Season Thread

I just joined as well. When picking my team I found myself constantly intrigued by Spurs players. With or without Bale I really like their team this year. That midfield is going to be fierce.

Re: The Official NBA Draft/Offseason Thread

nah the Tony Allen deals seems right. Dude is pretty useless on offense, in comparison to other SG. redick for 4/27 might price the dubs out for Jack. Jack has to get higher avg annual salary than Redick right? The market for sgs (one of the weakest spots in the league) should be independent of the...

Re: Official European Football 2012 Regular Season Thread

Both Spain and Barca have to realize that Xavi isn't the player he once was. If Barca sells Thiago this summer its a HUGE mistake IMO. He needs to be the future in that role if they don't want to waste Messi's prime (what's left of it anyways)

Re: NBA Finals Thread: San Antonio Spurs vs Miami Heat

So he just stands there like a faggot after he blocks Tiago. How can anyone not like this guy. To be fair he did then sprint down the court, set a screen, get the ball and throw a perfect no look pass to Ray Allen for a 3. Zach Lowe tweeted about it, basically saying that it was as perfect a 15 sec...

Yeah, I mean, I was thinking about posting something along those lines but I doubt he wants to miss the biggest game of his career regardless of which team he's playing for next year. I mean it is totally conceivable he could never reach this stage again due to injury, severe drop in form, freak acc...

Re: 2013 NBA Playoffs

so if westbrook still goes down, and if they had Harden(the same player who's a 6th man) can they beat the Heat this year? fwiw, the raptors draft pick looked at least top-10 for most of the season. not defending the trade, but would most you guys have kept him into this upcoming offseason and try ...

Yeah, if Tavon Austin can go top 10 its hard to see why DeAnthony couldn't. Although there are some pretty dope WRs in next year's draft too like Lee, Brandon Coleman.

Anyone have the Grand Groove (K-Def) instrumental without the drops? Similarly, anyone have the Nobody Beats The Biz beat without the chorus?

Re: 2013 NFL Offseason Thread

Really can't believe people thought San Diego had a good draft. I could see both Fluker and Te'o bust pretty easy. Gonna be pretty crazy at RB in the NFC West coming up. Gore and Lynch replacements both drafted, and honestly, I liked both picks. Seahawks had an interesting draft. Wasn't a huge fan b...

Re: 2013 NFL Offseason Thread

Oh shit, just read Joe Pesci's comments and he's spot on. Sometimes you gotta bottom out to build it up. Love the Jets draft so far. Also, I really think you all are underrating both Milliner and Richardson. Would have fucking loved if either was a Seahawk right now. (Again) Top 5 players on D in th...
