voted Riding Dirty on the basis that I'd rather listen to it than anything out the south that's not by the Dungeon Fam or Rap-A-Lot. Meanwhile there are tons of crews that did the dark eastcoast style better than the Roots on that album.

I voted for the UGK album because I like it more than "Illadelph Halflife."

Even if it was it wouldn't be enough to make Illadelph a better album than Ridin' Dirty.

Illadelph.

I used to deliver pizzas to this shit. Shit would be bumping out of the stock speakers almost allowing me to forget the crusty stench of day old anchovies and other nastiness that spilled in that red 80's escort while singing along.

Sorry Bun, you still get the listens.
how about you ease up on the hotdogs?

Illadelph and it isn't even really a contest.

This was the least amount of thinking I've had to do for a poll here too.

Besides, why would I vote for an album I've never even heard?

Are people afraid to admit they voted for The Roots in fear of being labeled "hatin on the south?

Both are great albums and personal favorite of mine, but I have to vote Roots because I still listen to that album like it came out yesterday.
