I like "Poetry", "South Bronx", "The Bridge Is Over" and remix of "The P Is Free" more than anything off "ATLiens" (bar, possibly, "Ova Da Wudz" and "Elevators") and Krs' spiral into 4 elementz with Nas and Nasa insanity is endlessly more rewarding than Andre's transmogrification into vaudeville Prince but "ATLiens" is the better album.

theyre both just as good today as they were when they came out
what would possess you to say this?
i cant vote. two of my favorite albums.
Criminal Minded's production sounds badly dated (not to say I don't enjoy it when the mood strikes).
ATLiens is tainted by Andre's rampant fruitiness over the past several years.

I actually voted for Outkast here, shoot me. ATLiens is like a fuckin' journey and despite Dre's later douchebaggery he was one of my favorite emcees back in the mid nineties, and this album was a big part of the reason why. Big Boi was also great on every song on this album.
Criminal Minded is one of those records that was AMAZING for it's era, but I just don't go back to that often. By All Means Necessary, Critical Beatdown, Paid In Full, Strictly Business, Road to the Riches, It Takes a Nation all aged much better IMO.
