You guys do realize if Del wins this poll we lose all credibility as a hip hop forum right?
K, just checking.

Yeah, but his early 90s material is amazing, and I'm not just talking about the official releases. There are quite a few classic Del tracks on the Hiero Oldies tapes. Much of the shit that he completed in between "IWMBGWH" and "NNFA" had that "Eye Examination" feel to it, and pretty much all of it got shelved.B. Aside from the albums, you also have these classic b-sides, remixes, and appearances:
Undisputed Champs w/ Q-Tip
Eye Examination
Ahonetwo Remix
Catch A Bad One Remix
Wrongplace Remix
Who's It On w/ Casual
He had his moments on "Future Development" and "Third Eye Vision", but he peaked right around 92/93. You can't disregard those years.
It comes down to Del or Aceyalone for me, and I'm strictly talking prime years. I don't like any post-98 Aceyalone w/ the exception of a couple tracks, but his catalog from 1991 to 1998 (both officially released and a shitload of unreleased material) pretty much decided my vote.
I love WC in the late 80s. Not so much in the 90s. I hate gangster rap, though.
