One of the most innovative and creative mc's. His catalouge is underrated. Out his recent stuff i like project polaroid and the personal album.

except where davinci was a multitalented genius, kool keith is a rapper obsessed with scat whose records don't sell much.

Matthew was the last Keith record I really enjoyed. Everyone hated it though.

5 stacks says that you discovered Kool Keith sometime before Christmas, downloaded his entire discography before the new year even started, and have been telling everybody within your range in 2010 you've been listening to him since the year that his first album was pressed.

I seriously doubt he has his entire discography. He has somewhere over north of 40 albums..

He's definately top 10 of all time for me. He has so many dope albums that it's hard for me to keep him out..

Dr. Dooom - First Come, First Served
Dr. Octagon - Dr. Octagonecologyst
Ultra - Big Time
Kool Keith - Black Elvis/Lost in Space
The Cenobites - The Cenobites LP
Ultramagnetic MCs - Critical Beatdown
Ultramagnetic MCs - Funk Your Head Up
Ultramagnetic MCs - The Four Horsemen
Kool Keith - Sex Style
Mr. Nogatco - Nogatco Rd.
Masters of Illusion - Masters of Illusion
Kool Keith & TomC3 - Project Polaroid
Analog Brothers - Pimp To Eat
Kool Keith & Kutmasta Kurt - Diesel Truckers

^ Those are the albums I consider the essential Kool Keith albums. All are good to great, and if anyone needs a link to any of the albums, let me know..

^^ Exactly mirrors the albums of his that I own and my own assessment of his discography, though there's admittedly a lot from him I haven't heard.

Are there actually any uber-hardcore Keith fans that buy everything the man drops?

I have a friend who owns each and every single Kool Keith release, including best of, demos, mixtapes, obscure limited edition CD-Rs with 2 songs previously released in better quality and DVDs containting only 10-minute interviews of Keith talking about underwears (or something like this)...

Also, the Sex Style experience isn't complete without the unreleased archives:

You really dig Kool Keith that much to consider him top 10, or even 5!?!? His vocabulary ranges from urinate to deficate.
