Who else in Detroit and Cali are active? Beats and rhymes

Post by blessingindisguise »

It's a lot of talent coming from both regions. I was wondering if there was anything we overlooked.

Detroit:

Black milk on production and flowing

guilty simpson

royce da 5'9--i hope folks go back and get his catalouge. Very cool of

eminem to do the EP with him.

24kt on production

One be lo--underrated and bnary star first album is still classic.

Elzhi--very talented mc

big sean-not a big fan but i see the appeal

boldy james

bronze nazareth-on production though his flowing has gotten better

Eminem-yeah yeah i know but he's still got some great songs and is still real technical.

Stretch money--he nice check out this tracks:

Cali:

Odd future--incredible what they accomplished off free albums and a tumblr.
Blu---just released a new album called "Jesus" too.
nipsey hussle
fashawn
Pac div
Kendrick lamar--he's blowing up without a label. his sales were only behind adele and beyonce recently.
the Game
Snoop
Bishop lamont
e-40
evidence
jay rock
schoolboy q and tae beast
exile
don trip
ice cube
del the funky homosapien
ras kass
strong hold arm steady
el prez

Yeah he is, my mistake. I just woke up when making the post so my mind was probably a little foggy. I actually stated his Denver-based location in a post months ago: http://cratesofjr.blogspot.com/2011/01/ ... oonie.html

I thought EQ's Out The Ashtray Of L.A. album was pretty good, he hasn't put out music in awhile though
