I think some of that material from the earlier LP ended up being used on Phrenology. "Pussy Galore" for example was originally a Thought solo track I believe...

He mentioned it's for Def Jam. Maybe all the shots BT/The Roots take at the label is just venting, as opposed to outright dissatisfaction.

This should've happened like 7 years ago. Not that he's washed up or anything, just that he was more vigorous then.

Whatever happened to that collaboration with Danger Mouse? I seem to have some vague memory of that. Same with the GFK/Doom collab and the Pete Rock/Planet Asia ones. Too many empty promises in hip hop haha.
