While he joined Busta Rhymes & Canibus on the JP Beats produced “CB4” from JP Beats “The Warning’ Compilation (11-6-2012) and commingles with his comrades on RZA’s “The Man With The Iron Fists” OST on the Wu-Tang Clan reunion track “Six Directions Of Boxing” and the Wu-Tang Clan & D-Block project "Wu-Block,” Wu-Tang Clan's tenth official member, Cappadonna, returns with his own forthcoming double-CD, 'Eyrth, Wynd & Fyre,' which will be released in January 2013 on RBC Records.
Cappadonna’s “Eryth, Wynd & Fyre” will feature production from Stu Bangas, J. Glaze & G-Force (among others) and feature guest appearances from Solomon Childs & Sav Kills.

lol that came out like 15+ years ago...
I appreciate employee's efforts, but to expect cappa to drop good music in 2012 is stretching it...
"I came to the fork in the road, and went straight"
Nah man, you're thinking of The Pillage. The Pilgrimage dropped last year on Fat Beats.
Best thing he's dropped since The Pillage imho. Way better than a 2011 Cappadonna album had any right to be.
I mean, anything would have been a step up from Slang Prostitution, but still.
oh word you right, shits really on point?
As guess it's as close to "on point" as a latter-day Cappadonna album can be. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised by it.
The Pillage is damn-near classic to me, but everything I'd heard up until The Pilgrimage was trash...and yes, I did listen to Slang Prostitution and The Cappitalize Project entirely.
Cappa is hit and miss, always has been, but he does have some really great shit in pockets (I think that probably needs a ). It would be dope if somebody put together a best-of compilation of Cappa in some pre-2001, post-2001 type of fashion. Like all the early guest spots and best of The Pillage in one mix, and all of the best post-Pillage songs on the other mix. I'd love to have that.

I guess I need to revisit this record. I remember being VERY disappointed by it at the time of its release. Slang Editorial and Oh Donna are the only ones that I can remember at this moment.
I remember it being the beginning of what I consider Cappa to be today vs. the potential he'd shown on OB4CL & Ironman.

I agree. I was disappointed with it at the time, but it has aged very well and stands-up as a solid Wu release from that era.

totally agree. I remember revisiting it five years after my initial disappointment and was like "damn, this was a very solid album." Just wasn't OB4CL or Ironman, but that was never a fair standard for Cappa.

How come though? I mean he went through a major stylistic change during that time, did he not? I mean I felt like he went from writing or at least taking time to put his verses together to just straight freestyling...I mean I know WW was a freestyle but when I think about some of his other verses they just seem much more put together than the stuff from the Pillage and beyond.
"Came to a fork in the road and went straight" is still one of my favorite quotes from him though.
