While I'm guessing this will lead to him releasing music with a little more frequency, I'm also afraid this will lead to him having other artists from Strange Music on his songs. Or even worse, some sort of ICP connection :err: :err: :err: :err: :err:

he'll definitely show up at more juggalo gatherings.

this also adds to the current state of affairs for white rappers trying to make it big: the only people wanting to sign them are other rappers.

we can go as far back as Three 6 Mafia giving Lil Wyte a deal, but in more recent years you had Slim being A&R and picking Yelawolf, and Wiz giving Mac a deal.

Considering how damn fast he can rap, I can see why Tech would sign him. Good look for him, IMO.

what's the word on him straight jackin Tommy Wright III "Murder In The First" beat for that "Hi-5" track on Jonny Valiant. I think it's credited to Burn One. Tommy says he was contacted or paid for use.

"high five" was on white jesus, which was a free mixtape, so it's not like he's taking anyone's money.
tracklisting for upcoming johnny valiant album coming out this year doesn't show anything "high five" on it.

i've never heard any tommy wright songs before, but after checking the song out i can see the
resemblence, but it's just a basic arpeggio done with an 808 cowbell, that could probably fall under interpolation instead of sampling.

then again, rittz probably didn't make the beat, or investigate every beat brought to him, either.

then again, history shows that situations like this are common, and not even just in music.

Yelawolf and DJ Paul mixtape, "Black Fall", hosted by Whoo Kid.

Yelawolf raps over 5 or so DJ Paul beats that are based off probably uncleared rock samples.
Rittz feature on one track.

If Yelawolf fell off of the radar already, I don't want to know what will happen to Ritzz in a few months.
