I think it's as good as could possibly be expected. It's a bit of a shame, because at his peak, Push seemed like a much better rapper than this, but that's mirage that the chemistry of a group, a more than solid rap partner, and a historic production team can create. Not a bad album, and certainly a few gems, but not one of the year's best by any stretch, even in what's been a pretty weak year.

Let Jaz Down already identified the main reason he sucks so much now: his animated flow, which doesn't work at all. Part of what made Clipse so dope was that they rapped as if they'd rather be doing something else, and it projected really well.

Yup, We Got It For Cheap Vol 2 may go down as my favorite mixtape ever.

It's like I said earlier in this thread. I like a few joints on here and it's ok overall, but I'm guaranteed not to even remember this exists in a month. Same thing with the last couple of releases. You can't keep rapping the same without really bringing it with the entire songs and production. It ends up falling flat. You would have to be really exceptional to make it memorable, and this album is not.
