it's crazy how long it took to blow up. seemed so obvious to me back when i first heard him that he was destined to be a star. Since that time, like 8 other ATL artists have buzzed and fallen.

At least Atlanta seems to be staging a comeback. 2012-13 was a low ebb

He's been bubbling since 1017 Thug, but a lot of it is pretty out there. I think Danny Glover is reigned in enough while still being uniquely Thug that it's more accessible. It only really takes one big crossover song that gets the right cosigns to break through nowadays.

We did a horrible job of passing down the concept of skills and lyrics to the kids man. Terrible job. Now anyone can go into a booth, say whatever, sound like whatever and pass it off on the streets if enough idiots cosign it.
