Really good imo, he goes in. Underrated album compared to their other ones, it actually mightve aged the best.NahRight is proud to present to you all, alongside our brothers at UpNorthTrips, The Making of Hard to Earn with DJ Premier.

Yeah loads of good shit of this ilk lately
Re: The Making Of Gangstarr's Hard To Earn
My personal fave is this LP. When I was a kid I was partial to "Daily Operation" but over the years, "Hard To Earn" has gotten the most spins. Premo really was in his prime at this time and the beats on this album are ridiculous. And really, GURU was in his prime at this time too.

Yeah this album's my favorite too. After that comes Step In The Arena.

really? for me, this is gifted unlimited's worst performance on any gang starr album. he sounds totally uninspisred, but maybe that's just me...Busta Ry wrote:GURU was in his prime at this time too.

Story about "Now Your Mine" being about a fight between Guru and Premier is the best, especially how Guru's lyrics were directed at Primo as he was staring at him from the booth. Classic.
