NahRight is proud to present to you all, alongside our brothers at UpNorthTrips, The Making of Hard to Earn with DJ Premier.
Really good imo, he goes in. Underrated album compared to their other ones, it actually mightve aged the best.

My personal fave is this LP. When I was a kid I was partial to "Daily Operation" but over the years, "Hard To Earn" has gotten the most spins. Premo really was in his prime at this time and the beats on this album are ridiculous. And really, GURU was in his prime at this time too.

Yeah this album's my favorite too. After that comes Step In The Arena.

Story about "Now Your Mine" being about a fight between Guru and Premier is the best, especially how Guru's lyrics were directed at Primo as he was staring at him from the booth. Classic.
