Help identify underground rapper from 2000's

Okay so I been trying to figure out the name of a rapper, searched everything I could and I'm coming up short, hopefully one of you can help.

The thing is, I don't remember much, but here's what I got.

He had a relatively fast rapping lyrical style.
He was from the east coast, id probably say New York or Jersey (likely NY).
He came out with an album somewhere between 2000-2003 (if I had to guess I'd say 2001). I don't know of any other albums he had, or if he had any others.
The album had a track featuring El Da Sensei, it also had a track which started with a baby crying (similar to scarface last of a dying breed). This may or may not be the track featuring el da sensei.
I believe he was white.
Not 100% sure but I think his name starts with the letter E.
I remember on the album he would keep mentioning his label / crew. I don't remember what it was though.

That's all I really have, I know it's a long shot, but I hope someone here can piece something together.
