thats funny i didn't even notice that sound until i read your post. sometimes shit like that can ruin a beat for a particular person. i dislike the "nas is coming" beat from "it was written" for similar reasons.

Well Mike, looks like you've done it again. Going back to your first one, I've always approached cautiously optimistic, having already heard at least a couple of the tracks. From there, even the few things that don't resonate with me initially, I end up enjoying the vast majority of the time. And then it quickly grows to be not only my favorite album of yours, but also of the year.
