96 views, give or take a couple of them refreshes by you. It was one of those baiting threads, well, more like a bold statement that begs for anyone to click on it. It worked. Many people did but most didn't recognize the game you were spitting. I mean this looks like something I would enjoy but once people get passed the hyperbole it becomes just another thread. So, thanks for the link cuz I'll check it out. I would be more interested in reading your top 10 Bay Area album list.
I'm gonna try to do this kind of stuff more often, but the replies certainly supply me with a lot more motivation to do so. Let me know what you guys think.

As someone who's been posting up rare and obscure shit online for a while now (650 or so blog posts over 5 1/2 years) I can tell you that if you're doing shit like this for comments and thank yous you may aswell stop now.

as step one already pointed out, if you're doing this for props or reactions you're wasting your time. you'll get a handful of thanks and that's likely it, unless you find a kindred soul passionate about the album. it has nothing to do with you or with music per say, that's just how shit is when you upload stuff on line. thinkpieces and rants and whatever get comments and discussion, things with strong opinions. plain uploads tagged wiht 'this is good music you should check it out' don't. either upload with no expectations or don't do it at all.
