Re: how hip-hop are you? (part 4)
excuse the retardation, but i didn't understand the first question at all.
"This Marvel comic book series was turned into an underground hit by this indie rapper."
was there a comic book series named after a rapper?
3/10 even though #3 and #4 were the only questions I actually had knowledge of.

The Last Emperor made a Secret Wars 1 & 2. It's a Marvel comic comprised of the best superheros.

Fuck that. 10-15 years ago NOBODY even heard of Gets Busy. Everyone knew of Hawaiian Sophie.
Re: how hip-hop are you? (part 4)

Right...but to make the clue sensical it should've been worded "Last Emperor made this comic book series and underground hit" (to which the answer would be Secret Wars) or "Secret Wars was a comic book series turned into an underground hit by this rapper" (to which the answer would be last emperor).

Re: how hip-hop are you? (part 4)
lol if you knew the answer the wording of the question is irrelevant. if you didn't know about that song it doesn't matter how well the question was asked. there's literally only one thing in the history of rap it could pertain to.

Forreal. Lee must have gotten Fergie or something. I take the time to make these fun little quizzes and some of you are getting a little carried away over technicalities, especially the borks out there..

Re: how hip-hop are you? (part 4)
I had to take the quiz again because I honestly forgot who I included in the poll.
Clue 2) It's Marvel not DC so that eliminates an awful lot.
All that said, you STILL didn't need to know the name of the comic book series in order to get it correct. Ras Kass has never made anything remotely close to a comic book song. Other than his pop culture tunes like TV Guide, I am not sure he has referenced many comic books in any of his discography.
Jean Grae got her name from an X-Men member but that's it.
Last E, if its not his short-lived career on Aftermath I don't think there is anything that trumps his "Secret Wars" track. It is pretty much his "I'm Too Sexy" or "She Drives Me Crazy" one-hit wonder.
All Natural did have MC Avenger.
Doom, while seems logical has never had a song after a Marvel comic book series.
I don't see how this was at all a tough question even for the causal hip-hop fan of this site.

Re: how hip-hop are you? (part 4)
just saying it is improperly worded. y'all can roll your eyes at my #actually all you want. even if poorly worded it was probably the easiest question on the quiz because these are all hard as fuck.

next time i'll ask you to edit the quiz prior to publishing it. can we all dissect the "stories about nothing" or "girls like me" albums for grammatical faux pas?
Re: how hip-hop are you? (part 4)
Lol so mad over grammar. I still luh u jay. Those albums suck worse than that question.

Re: how hip-hop are you? (part 4)
5/10, but only felt confident in like 2 of those and the rest is just guessing.
Since I started buying CDs I never remember the track number for anything, after the first 5 or so listens it's just all on random.
