man El should have just let Mike have Jeopardy.

his verse was like when cappadonna came in on "campfire" after meth and ghost.

if you didnt like the first one I don't think you will like the second one.

Somebody is probably going to tell me I'm wrong and that both albums are different or whatever but I don't see the difference really.

Let's put it this way: The worst song on the album is roughly eighteen million six hundred and fourty-seven thousand times better than the best song you'll ever record.

In other words go sit on a large penis and wiggle around.

good RS interview. glad that they are getting paid.

hate to be the underground guy, but there's know denying that the beats and rhymes are really dumbed down here, compares to what both were doing in their indie haydays.

kinda crazy how big RTJ is. Nas and fuckin Lorde were tweeting about it.

Good song. There's some weird shit going on on there with the sounds which I am a big fan of. Also, dope scratching

Different flavors bro. When El makes a new album I'm sure he'll be back on that over the top shit we all know and appreciate :) Also, more output=less originality. It's a group effort, a different kind of beast so to speak. Compare them to the other groups out now.

It's a good look but I'm almost positive Nas doesn't even run his Twitter account most of the time. It's somebody from Mass Appeal. 99.9% sure Nas didn't even know who El-P was until somebody from Mass Appeal had to explain who was on the roster.

mike definitely did not dumb down on here. dude needs to peep the verse on "crown". or the verses he's talking about political shit. DLG just skims through it.

Yeah, that's not accurate. They're making the music they want to make. Run The Jewels is a group. Killer Mike and El are solo artists. Two entirely different things. Killer Mike crushes a few of these tracks. El does his thing, but nobody really cares much about him as a rapper anyway, let's be honest. Besides faggot ass bender of course.

yeah i think everybody agrees his beats are more important to the group than his raps. not saying his raps are horrible and its like kno rapping or anything like that, but yeah when you compare him with mike, mike >>>

It took 10 months for a truly great hip hop album to come out in 2014.

didn't say that there aren't any stellar tracks here and some great rapping, there are. but a lot of it is kinda of tiring battle rap shit that gets old to me after a track and a half.

I'm guessing that the Hail Mary Mallon is going to be a lot more up my alley beat and rap-wise, if not meat-wise.

Looking forward to that a lot more.
