I know they were both always a bit "whinge about rap" type of conscious rappers despite everything but its hard to keep faith in Banner after a single crying about swag and skinny jeans KRS would think was a bit much/a whole album produced by 9th Wonder when hes a far far superior producer himself. descent into full joyless Wick-Wick over weak beats is a bit heartbreaking considering he had the contradictory righteous thug balance perfect before, so did KRS actually maybe its impossible t maintain

Had posted this in Rolling Check-In thread but figured I'd up thie KRIT thread. Insane lineup that I figured would have never worked this well on paper. A$AP Ferg channels Project Blowed for this bitch!

Love the Jonsin beat.
Resolved Question
Does Biggie Smalls hate HipHop???

"Shoulda been a cop, Fukc Hiphop"

I've been wondering what he meant by this.
Additional Details
Rap sucks, HipHop is better

Best Answer - Chosen by Voters
Naw, he likes hip hop and rap. He was just referring to if he hadn't started rapping he would've been a cop.
So he's cursing it, not that he doesn't like it, just for the sake of it.

This album is amazing. KRIT is like Pimp C behind the boards and Big Boi on the mic but with a style all his own. Easily one of the best rapper/producers working today.

Def feeling the album. Great variety. It's amazing how he sounds just like Pimp sometimes. Great "debut".
