Naw, he likes hip hop and rap. He was just referring to if he hadn't started rapping he would've been a cop.
So he's cursing it, not that he doesn't like it, just for the sake of it.

That song was supposed to be his debut major label single before his deal went tits up. Noone seems to know the deal with that I Love Lean EP but it looks like it's an unofficial release by Jackie's former DJ.
