Pt II is the official name. It's the one with the Patrice Rushen sample as opposed to Pt I with the often used Isaac Hayes sample. Both are produced by K- Def.

Grand Groove is my choice although I like all of these songs and Soul By The Pound Remix has extra nostalgic feelings for me.
