I hadn't considered myself a Joe Blow fan in the past, in fact, I had written him off as boring struggle-raps mixed with Jack-biting but I'll be damned if this hasn't become one of my favorite releases of this year.
Surprisingly consistent for something with 22 tracks. I doesn't play like an "album" but I would be hard pressed to find one of those 22 tracks that I didn't enjoy. Hell, even Street Knowledge is dope on this.
you should really revisit you should be payin me rey. i'm a fan of all of blow's records.. but that might be the most consistent
post-jacka prime, he's definitely the next best thing to ampichino. street knowledge is generally not so great but has surprised me a few times
^ Heard it this morning and its dope. Awesome production.
Going through Ampichino's album now and its excellent as expected. Perhaps the best rap album to come out since The Jack Artist. I'm genuinely excited that good rap is back. And J Stalin x Dj Fresh doublealbum also drops today.
Goes for 7 @ iTunes which is very cheap for 29 songs (Da Krazies 2).
Whether to Jason of Philaflava or John Podesta, I will speak my fucking perspective openly

Its hard to argue with this, Ive mostly given up on him/Livewire(Fresh & em too to an extent) but idk I feel like hes settled into late period Slim Thug/Jeezy rapping where hes mostly saying nothing worth remembering but the productions so smoov it makes the whole world feel like the Rhythmalism cover cos its hot out and Stalins singing to guls about taking the rubber off cos its real and Id like one of these every summer plz
Stalin's last album had some real heat. On this new one hes on cruise control but half of the songs have really good beats. Too many songs about eating pussy.
There's also a new Livewire comp with a few gems on it

like maybe now but Fresh (& the team, I get the feeling specific dudes focous on some albums more, theyve different drops anyways "where all the white women at!" etc) had at least 5 perfectly produced albums
Messy Marv, D-Lo, Smigg Dirtee, Young Gully & San Quinn's Tonite Shows
Shady Nate - Based On A True Story
theres other examples and D-Lo's first is far from samey. not a big fan of all the rappers but still
The mp3 version of the mixtape/album is free. CD copies available on the bandcamp page for $1.
