co-signed - a lot of collabs on here. Most of them with the usual suspects, but no Fiend and the inclusion of Pharell, Wale, Estelle, and two with Khalifa is a little disappointing. I'll give them a chance though.

should've had Fiend on here, they've never had a weak collabo but I guess Corner Boy P(ugh) took his spot. I liked only giving Trademark a hook, he's been spitting the same damn verse now for about the past 3 years and Roddy has completely surpassed him and is showing some promise. Roddy's guest spot on J.L.R. was great. I'll never understand giving Wale the first 2 minutes of airtime on your album, somebody needed to step in and say this can't fly.

Just started listening. This was a horrible decision. I had some hope that it might not be as bad as I thought, much, much worse.

It's really the only song I can't stand. It's audio AIDs.

Agreed...I almost stopped listening all together because of him. Wale is the WORST...why anyone would want him as a feature is beyond me.

Just came to say the same thing. Not really feeling it as a whole though. Major labels are horrible at putting album together...it's all about forcing awkward collabs to appeal to various audiences, and trying a hit a couple singles.

I'm looking forward to another Curren$y/Alchemist project, this one ain't cuttin' it.

I agree with your assessment. I like 3-4 songs a lot, but this definitely isn't as good as most of his independent albums have been over the years. And the collabs, production, sequencing are the major factors there. Doesn't feel like an "album" to me at all.

been looking forward to this album but this made me a bit cautious.
Estelle is awful, Pharrell's had his time and Wiz Khalifa is just corny. Im sure there'll be a few tracks I like though.

Came in here to complain about Wall-E opening the album, but I see y ou guys took care of that.

I like some of these songs a lot and I barely played anything he made since Pilot Talk 2. This is a step in the right direction, was afraid he'd turn out to be another Devin.
Whether to Jason of Philaflava or John Podesta, I will speak my fucking perspective openly

yeah it's not great. There are some good tracks for sure, but it's no Pilot Talk 1 or 2. "Showroom" is definitely the standout. But there's a lot of music out right now I'd rather listen to honestly.

The first Currensy song I really gave a shit about & its still my favourite by him. This Aint No Mixtape was where his career (kinda) started to mirror Cypress Hills and the descent into bland weed raps been ongoing since. Hes still capable when not pandering to stoner snapback youths though

i streamed the new album on spotify while i was at work and noticed that the only tracks that i really liked were all the "bonus tracks". he should have just released those instead.

Not great, not horrible. Pretty easy listening but also quite easy to forget you're listening to it.

I agree with this, "Audio Dope 3" is stellar as well as "Off Dat." "Armorie" also knocks pretty hard.

I really liked PIlot Talk.

PT2 was good. I bumped it but still kept flowing with the first more.

Covert Coup was a cool, free record but I rarely feel motivated to check it.

Didn't feel motivated to cop Muscle Car or check Bernie's at all.

Not inspired to get this either.

Considering that I like Curren$y's style in general and enjoyed projects he released less than two years ago, I'm a bit surprised by how uninterested I have become in anything he's doing.
