No. I believe that Survival is supposed to appear on his new album but leaked first because of its appearance on Call of Duty: Ghosts, not because it's the lead single. The first single is supposedly called Berzerk and the track along with the video is apparently going to debut in a couple days.

I can't think of anything Rubin has done since '99 Problems' that retraces his Licence to Ill/Raising Hell steps this closely.
