Fucking sucks. I just listened to Monkey Bars for the first time in years a few weeks ago when ripping it to a HD, I had really forgotten how good it was. RIP to a legend.

We lost one of the most, if not the one, brutally honest artists ever. Who else had the balls to say "I'm the brokest Rapper you know" before him? No-fuckin'-body. May he rest in peace, condolences to his family.

peace to the family of Sean Price and peace to Rockness Monster and all of BCC

unspeakable loss for hip hop culture. one of the all-time greatest NYC MCs, fuck money and record sales. one of the absolute realest in hip hop history, til the end.

:phila: ! to the Mic Tyson of rap

Legit sad about this. One of my favorites ever. P did the hashtag style of rapping way before it became trendy.

Had a pleasure of talking with him for a bit right after he dropped Monkey Barz. Real nice, down to earth, honest dude.

Been bumping him all day. Remember the first time hearing this.

Na, he's good. Probably the best person to handle and end stuff like this.

RIP SP.

Nocturnal is still the best Boot Camp album.

More disrespectful act at a funeral: airing out rap beef or wearing that polo?

Damn Rest IN Peace. This year has been rough, first Kevlaar 7 then Pumpkinhead, Fatal Hussein and now Sean P (which hits the hardest). Why couldn't they have taken Guerilla Black or Joker The Bailbondsman instead? Or at least that other Sean P from YoungBloodz!

I just threw that name out because I thought nobody would know him, "money in a ziplock bag" was tight

This song put me onto Rocky & Londell, two of my favorite artists over the last few years.
