I just watched both of those videos in entirety. This whole thing is really creepy. How have they not fixed this yet now that they know the visitation proxy is fraudulent? And what paperwork states that someone snapped a photo of Guru without permission? That picture would have been all over the internet if that story was true. Can the family hold the hospital responsible for allowing all this to happen?Verge wrote:<param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/4I1aSzzTS1k&hl ... ram>

Exactly. Most likely, in order to have people stopped from visiting him, SolarTexas Raised Mikey wrote:And what paperwork states that someone snapped a photo of Guru without permission? That picture would have been all over the internet if that story was true.
had to have a reason. So he probably just made that shit up so they could
document it and make a list of people who are allowed to visit. I don't
if the hospital can be held liable for all this bullshit, but they should be.

Alright, I have to ask ... isn't there some *legal*, established procedure for someone to become a decision-maker or "chief caregiver" for someone who can't speak on their own behalf (coma, surgery, etc.)? For instance, legal papers, birth certificates, Social Security numbers, etc. .
If this has been addressed in this forum already, I just didn't want to spend six hours of loading animated GIF avatars to find it.

I wondered who the first would be to respond. Hilarious avatar. .SE representing the impulse troll!Get to fucking searching faggot.
On the real, though, I wasn't checking for Guru much after Jazzmatazz. However, I did pull out Daily Operation, Moment of Truth, Step Into the Arena and Hard To Earn. I threw them into the stereo on shuffle. Those were some great times.
Whatever the truth is, it'll come out. Solar does seem like he's milking this for his best interest. The comparison to Biggie+Combs made me do a double-take.
If anyone's rounding up a crew to straighten this shit out, I can hold heat at the door. (6'4" - 250lbs - 15EEE shoe). I just need eight hours to shoot up I-95.

Premier views some opinions on Solar....

Guru seems to be a giant vagina, coma or no coma. Letting Solar screen potential pussy is weird. Life partners and gloryholing weekends type of weird.

Superpro-doucher Solar released a new "update" today, via an audio recording with a shamelessly gratuitous Sam Cooke backdrop.
He said Guru is diagnosed with "anoxia" and pretty much nothing else.
As far as I can tell anoxia (severe oxygen deprivation) is not a diagnosis but very serious result of a source medical problem. Basically, his statement is like saying Guru has been "diagnosed with difficulty breathing." Idiot.
I respect Guru's right to privacy and all that but this shady clown is definitely keeping the real diagnosis under wraps.

Hospitalized rapper Guru has issued another statement regarding his health condition, which doctors recently upgraded to stable.
Guru, born Keith Elam, suffered from a massive heart attack last month and reportedly went into a coma, either before surgery or shortly thereafter.
The rapper was diagnosed as having Anoxia because of his history of having lung problems and asthma.
Guru is not in a coma and is resting and recovering.
After numerous inquires about his health, MC Solar, Guruגs partner in the label 7 Grand Records, issued a statement from Guru, who entrusted his partner and longtime friend to act as his spokesman.
Solarגs credibility came into question, when Guruגs nephew Justin Nicholas-Elam Ruff claimed that Solar was blocking family members from seeing Guru.
"When a patient is in such critical conditions it is very common that not everyone is allowed to enter the room, especially when Mr. Keith Elam doesn't want to see certain people," one of Guru's doctors said in a statement to AllHipHop.com.
In the press release issued today, representatives for Guru revealed that he and DJ Premier havenגt spoken to each other in over 7 years.
"That's something I don't want to talk about. I don't want to talk about the past. The past is the past. It is what it is. It was great, but that was then and this is now." said Guru.
In regards to his recovery, Solar said that the fansג support has given him the strength to continue to recover.
"The outpouring of love from around the world has been tremendous," Solar said. "I'm reading some of the best e-mails, texts and Twitters that come in and Guru enjoys them. I think that's what has been helping his recovery and what's got him in there fighting."
