I'm listening to Volume 1 right now, it's actually kinda dope. Webbie & Boosie freestylin'. I have no clue where to find Volume 2 though, the only links I could find were long dead.

I think Witness has a few releases/mixtapes out there. He's been around about 10 years. I didn't even look but he may have links in his YouTube page.

Glad someone posted some Beelow on the previous page since we can talk about him living after Turk & Mel had him shot twice in the head for bootlegging Trill Ent. releases in his record store and I can post the Big Body remix video :

Beelow w/ Thugg Addict & Juvenile - Big Body remix

<object width="420" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/4YCJu1MGcJ8?ve ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/4YCJu1MGcJ8?version=3&hl=en_GB" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

I really did think I'd found a secret uncredited Mystikal appearance when I first downloaded Ballaholic and it wasn't until I saw the video here that I found out it was this Thugg Addict fella. Dude is the Baton Rogue NOE in terms of swaggerjacking.

Original version from Ballin' 4 Billions is great too :

Beelow w/ Juvenile - Big Body

Ill try and come up with a list. A good place to start would be with the albums that have been posted so far. Get Lay Lo, Boo, C-Loc, Concentration Camp 1-3, Young Bleed, Max Minelli.

Camp IV : Thugin' From The Inside is great too. Hard Heads, Throw It Up and Roll Wit' The Camp off that are all Camp classics.

These are the essential Camp albums, imo. AKA the ones where Happy Perez was behind most of the beats. Didn't include C-Loc's Whatever/Who's Gonna Ride (basically the same album but with a different title/cover/tracklist) since I only like a couple of songs off it :

C-Loc - Ya Heard Me (1998)
C-Loc - Life's A Gamble (2000)

C-Loc presents Concentration Camp (1997)
Concentration Camp II : Da Holocaust (1998)
Tha Camp - Camp III : Thug Brothas (2000)
Tha Camp - Camp IV : Thugin' From The Inside (2004)

Young Bleed - My Balls And My Word (1998)
Young Bleed - My Own (1999)

Lay-Lo - Simple And Plain (1999)

Max Minelli - Max Pain (1999)
Max Minelli - Me & My Hustle (2001)
Max Minelli - I'm All I Got (2004)

Boosie - Youngest Of Da Camp (2000)

Here's a Murderdog interview with C-Loc & Young Bleed from 1998. Sadly some of only official documentation of the crew online :

http://www.murderdog.com/archives/1998/youngbleed.html

There's also a C-Loc presents Tha Camp album he did in 2007 with Max Minelli and Young Ready that has a few jams. Most notably 1 Rubber and Drop Your Nuts.

Fuck yes. Slept on the last few pages of this thread. Thread definitely needs Blastmaster, but nice work to the rest of the contributors. I'll be back later with links and comments- got some research to do on a few people now.

i had young bleed's "my balls and my word" on cd back in the day, heard beelow on q93 once back in the day, and saw posters for boo's 601 album when it came out. other than that, i'm not too familiar with most of these regional heavy hitters. i never really got into checking out most of boosie's music, either, but had heard of him for damn near a decade now.

It's a debut though.

That was 1995, people didn't even know about Baton Rouge yet, and he put it out all independently... Still has features from most of No Limit though and Young Young Bleed is on there, I think it's worthy.

We need a Ghetto Stories vs. Gangsta Musik poll.

Talking point of the day : how much does it suck that C-Loc got locked up thus depriving us of the Smokey & The Bandit album he was supposed to record with Boosie over all Happy Perez production in 2000 when pretty much every song they did together was dope as fuck?

C-Loc & Boosie - Outlawz

<object width="420" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/kS6cOYwVb9k?ve ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/kS6cOYwVb9k?version=3&hl=en_GB" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

C-Loc & Boosie - Shit Real

<object width="420" height="315"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/fPpvasFkbmg?ve ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/fPpvasFkbmg?version=3&hl=en_GB" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="420" height="315" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"></embed></object>

C-Loc & Boosie - Pussy Azz N*ggaz

C-Loc, Boosie & Maxminelli - My Thug There

Boosie w/ Maxminelli & C-Loc - Watch 'Em

ghetto stories>>>for me
I used to kitchen manage an Italian/NO Seafood restaurant back in the early 2000's. The best dishwasher/line cook I had was this little kid Tony who was gold slugged up by 19. He worked beside me for 4 years every day and had it figured out that he could trap right back in the kitchen and not become a target in the hood he was living in. Ghetto Stories was his favorite album and he had it recorded to a Maxell tape that stayed in the kitchen radio. One of the best workers I ever knew. He was gunned down in his car outside the bowling alley in 2006 over a quarter ounce of dro. I still have his cassette in a crown royal bag at my house now. RIP Tony Yayo.

As far as beating up a parking lot party goes Id roll with Gangsta Musik or even Savage Life.

I dont think Boosie and Loc really have much to do with each other for the last few years. I could imagine for all the reasons that anyone might guess.
