the magazine is dope. they have an article: "Deconstructing Drake" that looks cool. I wrote some of the profiles in there...

and peep the new Rich Kidd video:

this is why this thread is not a good idea for everything that gets put in here.

ManifesTO deserves its own thread. it's a 10 day city wide festival featuring hundreds of performers, including Jean Grae, J. Period, Black Thought and Jay Electronica, Bilal, Saukrates and a bunch of other artists. Sure, I'm playing on it, but... it's not about me.

it will generate it's own discussion that will derail any other conversation anyone might have about any of the artists in this thread AND people who DON'T come into this thread (which is a lot of people, let's be honest) won't see anything about the Festival.

Failure abounds, for no good reason.

The homie, Enoch 7th Prophet, did a track called RUNDAT with a few emcees from the area including yours truly. I'm in the 5:05 minute mark point of this video. Video features DarnGood, LP, and Madam Madon on the original. The remix features Draus of Wasteland Mob, Empress, and Ardamus.

Roddy Rod from The Low Budget Crew (Kev Brown, Oddisee, Kenn Starr, etc.) actually shot both of those videos. Thanks for props on the verse. Alot of people have complimented me on it.

Fonky Beats EP:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=U71SZ05V

Just kinda made this instrumental comp last year and didn't put it anywhere.. Some of these beats date way back to some of my earliest beatmaking in like '07'ish when I sucked, but they're all pretty funky. Just some kick back and bust a freestyle to shit I guess

:icedit: better link, dunno what's up with divshare, no embed anymore either
