Slightly different lyrics to make it a Christmas song. This was the original version that just took off so they altered the album version to make it a year round favorite.

it was a mixtape with like 8 tracks, 3 or 4 were xmas oriented and the rest were various remixes of ballin i think

Yeah, and the other tracks were nothing to write home about.

And the Superstar track I really only dig for the Prince Paul beat. Another worthy substitute would be Run-DMC's "Christmas Is."
