can't really stand his voice and flow these days tbh. "chillin with the mandem" is good tho.

it's pretty amazing how big he is here in the uk now. the guys an absolute genius with how he's marketed himself over the last year, year & a half.

The UGK/Dizzee jams on both sides were great.

This new record sounds like Grade 5 sock hops to me. Its like Rhythm Is A Dancer/Black Box type shit.

yup. either way, I dont like him at all, never have done. his voice is seriously irritating. His music is getting worse as he goes on and its funny watching some Hip Hop DJs over here co-signing it when they'd never play that sort of stuff if it was by another artist.

who's checking for him in the states - mainly the hipsters I suspect?

yeah i've noticed this as well - especially odd when they never cosigned him when he was actually any good. and since when did it become acceptable to like calvin fucking harris??

theres been that shift from back in the day when it wasnt cool to like mainstream stuff to nowadays when liking too much underground music gets you lumped in with the backpackers.
Liking some mainstream music now just shows how 'open minded' and 'versatile' you are.
