DUI charges against rap star Nas has been dismissed due to lack of evidence.
Nas (born Nasir Jones), 36, was arrested on September 10 by Henry County police in Georgia on Driving Under the Influence. According to TMZ, the rapper was found with a "green tongue" indicating he had been smoking. According to court documents, cops observed Nas' pulse "raised to 116 beats per minute...eyelid tremors in both eyes and body tremors." Nas, who failed a field sobriety-walking test, admitted to smoking weed earlier that day at a friend's house.
According to reports, though, Nas case was dismissed after his drug tests came back negative...marijuana included.
