I prefer the coup version but in terms of flipping it, primo chopped it up and actually changed it around. although, the coup version is totally just replayed.

Shit that's pretty much exactly what I was going to say...

Primo actually did the best job of turning it into something new, and the coup version is prolly the one I listened to the most.

This sample could be touched again if it was chopped and flipped enough...something completely new. It was a dope sample. Pretty much one that you have to give credit to whoever did it first.

I respect that Premier chopped it up, but with that being said it was the worst beat and worst song of the bunch (not a bad song though). Boots didn't do anything amazing to the sample, and neither did RZA, but Boots end product turned out better. It was more funky and the hook put it over the top. Fat Cats, Bigga Fish is the best song as well.

yeah, The Coup song is the best of the bunch

I was about to say this looks mad familiar. :killacam:

Again, I agree with Blockhead.
The Coup shit is replayed, not sampled, but dope regardless.

Primo destroyed that shit with his chops. I had to do a double take when I
first heard that sample.

Puba's not what he was, but in his prime he was one of the greats of the early 90s.

Drop the beat, press it up, and hit the street, dinnertime's complete
