Like I said in the post, I ignored it based on the Mablib-ness and regret it. His older "Going Ape" is dope too. The Dame/Ski connection keeps him in good beats. "Hercules" was produced by some dude named Rashad Thomas and is just as dope as the Ski shit he and Curren$y are rocking. Just great stuff.

Word, was wondering about this guy after he killed shit on "Address."

He's good on all these tracks but I think his voice could be put to better use, or mixed in better, or something. But kid has a really nice style and cool lyrics...

His Ski Beatz appearances was a show and prove moment. And he held shit down. Gonna peep more from this dude.

He's kinda mediocre to me. Not bad. Not particularly good. If not for his producers, would anyone know who he is?

Maybe I haven't heard the right things but I am yet to be impressed.

Agreed. His lyrics and flow in this song demonstrate that he is no the average run-of-the-mill.

I think I figured out what's lackin in Stalley.

for example in this "Babblin" song... he sounds like he's wheezing through his verses, it's not a whisper, but like he rapped after some dude punched him in the gut and he just doesn't have the vocal strength to entertain. like he's got asthma or some shit.

Hercules is dope. there's a handful of other stellar performances, plus I wanna appreciate dude since he reps Ohio and brought Rashad Thomas to my attention, another dope ohio cat.

glad to see we got more than Cudi's de facto ass, Chip's shroom-supplier ass, Blueprint and Fly Union to hold shit down.

I was fortunate enough to produce a record for Stalley a few months back. He surprised me and picked a much harder beat of mine, rather than a more laid back style which I originally anticipated. He spit correct though, more intense than his previous work. I'll be sure to post somewhere whenever we decide to drop it.

ohio dudes might make a lil more noise in 2011. MGK is on the xxl freshman shit(people love that dude). Then there's L.E. who used to be in Fly U and is cool wit Stal and Currensy.

Wow, that's a really good song actually. The beat is one of the best I've heard in a long time--same with the video. Thanks, dude.
