Good call.
I'm having a difficult time believing you have heard this album.
Why?

I bought it an an e-40 in-store at the telegraph Tower iirc.

Or this is sarcasm because this was a knock-off Pharcyde starter-album that eventually propelled me into listening to Unspoken Heard too much?

Considering that you stopped listening to Hiero in 1991, and that you didn't hear any new music for half a decade, Questionmark Asylum seemed to be an unlikely candidate.

I have only heard the single, which I purchased at Leopold's too.

word to braveheart party, real glad my copy of stillmatic doesn't have it (every ghetto is the last track instead)

can you picture fans who were blown away by "what goes around" only to segue into that garbage

there was a guy in my high school who repped "you owe me" pretty hard

so i'm gonna do some easy ones:
nas - who killed it
lil wayne - lollipop (not really rap i guess)
eminem - recovery (the whole album)
1. Nas
2. Drake

that's pretty much it fam.

Basically no new tunes 98ish-2002ish (prolly why I ended up listening to the mediocrity that was Soon Come too much in 01).

Irrational Hiero hate emerged in 96ish.

Good call Leopold's.

How about that first posthumous big pun single... I forget the name,
with the shitty singing chorus.

when you click Embed under the video, there will be a box with 3 checkable items on it. click Use Old Embed Code and you'll be straight.

I don't know if we're in agreement on these but: Ditty by paperboy and MC Brains would be on my list.

A good portion of eminem's radio singles.

cosign the Pac joint extra...that PE2000 was horrendous but that album was pretty good production/feature-wise surprisingly.

A truly terrible song on every level. When you add the video to the equation, it's unfathomable that anyone can like this song.

Is this the type of thing this thread is for?
I liked that song more than most. It wasn't THAT bad. The tempo and percussion of it was cool to me.

In my grave, I will continue to marvel at the metaphorical, conceptual and imaginative brilliance of 'Who Killed It', and love Nas for actually rapping like a mobster, while immortalizing hip hop history on levels one rarely dares to puzzle together.
no :naswtf: , pure :rockout: yeah I said it! WHAT
that's my opinion, and it has, and will, never change.

Most of Eminem's Recovery does not suit my taste, but that song 'Untitled' that Havoc produced, the last song... FUCKING INCREDIBLE. Don't sleep on it, it's ill. Pure old school Marshall.

music is so subjective, that to all unanimously agree that one thing is horrible will be damn near impossible. even the most horrible songs have SOME redeeming factor to me. Nas does a slightly better than average verse for a sellout dancefloor song on 'Braveheart Party', and Mary J. Blige's voice hits a few nice notes, to my ear, even if the content is trite. There are worse club songs to me, even more lazy and basic.

Over a decade ago, the day I heard some woman say to me "I don't like ANY Bob Marley song", I gave up on thinking everyone could agree on one musician.

Maybe we can all agree that this song is just WRONG:

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/copiznIfV3E?fs ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/copiznIfV3E?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

DOWNRIGHT UNACCEPTABLE MUSICAL BLASPHEMY.
AGREED?
You're in Heaven right now, God.

SERIOUS co-sign on this song:

<object width="480" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/m3VKB9VNNrU?fs ... ram><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/m3VKB9VNNrU?fs ... n_US&rel=0" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="480" height="385"></embed></object>

I remember hearing this and being like :err:. Not only was Nas throwing his lot in with a score of other corny-ass "who killed da kultcha?" rappers but he was kicking rhymes like Dick Tracy with a cold. Easily one of the worst rap songs I've ever heard.

You have to select the second radio button on the embed option of the video that you want to post. Then copy that code.

The first thing that came to mind. However, in rewatching this - it is pretty amazingly high on the unintentional comedy scale.

LL had a few stinkers for sure, "Diggy Down" from 14 Shots To The Dome is another.

RZA's Digi Snacks album. You Can't Stop Me Know is alright but the rest was a pain to listen to

Kool G Rap's "Click Of Respect" album where he dumbed down his incredible lyrical ability and tried to design his songs towards the feel of the club friendly/so-called hardcore NY street joints that were coming out at the time. His flow sounds like members of Dipset on that record which was sad to me.

a number of Will Smith songs after he blew up in Hollywood. Just goes to show wealth and Hip Hop are sometimes a dodgy combination.

Father MC - "I Beeped You"

Havoc - "Get Off My Dick" from 2007's "The Kush"

De La Soul - "Pawn Star"

I never liked the song of Nas's Street's Disciple where Doug E Fresh is beat boxing

This is a tough one cause it's half the worst song ever but half the greatest song ever recorded. It's like found art.
