Next post.

Jadakiss needs to learn how to score in a real game, not just in practice. Fuck this guy already.

None of his albums are "wack". It's just that he hasn't made an album that quite matches his skillset as an emcee. His mixtapes are always enjoyable.

You've claimed that I'm 16 for 3 years now. The jokes old. Talk about beating a dead horse.

considering he (properly)came out in 96 its pretty impressive that he still gets people attention 15 years later. Theres only Ghostface, Nas & Jay Z that I can think of still doing it from back then. I cant remember a time when I havent been listening to something of his - I still play his old freestyles regularly. Shame about the albums thing though.

Only when he features for guys like Red Cafe and whatever else the indistinguishable ny-mixtape rappers are called.

Hes been wack for half a decade now.

by 'wack' I assume you mean 'not as good as he used to be'. He's not wack by any means.
that last album had some good tracks on it.

Yeah, one or two good tracks. Meaning the album was wack. His last two mixtapes were shit too and his guest-appearences are lazy as fuck.

I'm a huge Jada fan so I hope this tribute to his fans will be good. Anything else would be sort of disrespectful 'I love you guys so much so here's another shitty mixtape.'

How anyone thinks this guy is wack is beyond me. And who cares if his mixtapes are better than his albums. It's still good music.

when dudes consistently put out dope material on mixtapes and weak shit on albums, it shows that they have no balls and aren't necessarily happy with their core fans. so i understand why that turns people off. it definitely turned me off to jadakiss years ago. i still check for him sometimes but i'd never consider myself a fan because of his wack decisions in album making.

Yea, I tend to agree. Specially on his last album. Definitely some weak cuts. I think alot of rappers like him struggle to define who they are appealing to and how they are going to make money. I think he puts out the mixtapes for his "grimey" audience and those that like to hear him just straight spit, but then he tries to make radio R&B cuts and honestly, he's never really been on the radio like he was trying to.

even on a cornball r&b track the lyrics are still straight. if you can wade through the bullshit on his mariah track for example, it's the same dude spitting the same bars
1. Nas
2. Drake

that's pretty much it fam.

he's got one of the most effortless flows in the game and shits all over alot of the rappers people on here go nuts over.
He's been around too long for it to be fashionable to like him but if you put his best work up against most others he's gonna come out on top alot of the time.

LOL@ this faggot recording destined failure "crossover" songs fifteen years later in hope of blowing up.

He's lucky that his core fanbase is so utterly deluded/illiterate that they continue to cling to his nuts in spite of all warning signs.

Jada went platinum already and he still sells relatively well even in this climate. LOL @ you thinking he's trying to crossover.

the lead single off his last abum was with Ne-Yo. He jumps on every remix and R&B track possible. He's always tried to crossover and never quite got t where he wants to be. Keeping that in mind its quite impressive he sells as much as he does without the Pop crowd buying his shit.

Agreed 100% :gyeah:
"Wicked = Genuinely loves Hiphop and respects it because he grew up during the time when it wasn't full of southern mongoloids and Lil Wayne rappers. From his mixes you can tell he knows his shit. The problem is, when you are a smart dude preaching to a bunch of fucking morons, you end up getting singled out as the douche."

Maino is trying to crossover. Jada is already an established artist. Only established artists can not drop an album in 5 years and still sell relatively well in this current climate. With you all logic, Nas is still trying to crossover.
