Roots Manuva definitely counts. Blade has been around since the late 80s. Im not a huge fan of his 00s material. he retired a few years ago I think.
Either way, the scene these days pales in comparison to a decade ago.

The only folks from the South that are cool are the ones making actual Hiphop music like Supastition, Big Pooh, Phonte, etc. to name a few.
