Dude is perpetually better in theory than in practice. The idea of NY rapper like him, an artist bridging the gap between now and late 90s/early 00s underground, is great but the music he puts out only lives up to the idea sporadically.

Overall, I'd agree. This, like the rest of his albums, does have some highlights but none of his projects have really stood out. Definitely has talent, but yet to put it all together.
