There are certainly a handful of smashers, but I was letdown for the most part. I've always liked Danny's brash style and lyrics but the production left much to be desired.
Over the years, have grown to like XXX less and less to be honest.

New album "U Know What I'm Sayin?"coming soon, executive produced by Q-Tip and featuring production by Paul White. Possibly features JPEGMAFIA. He is apparently "presenting a new version of himself: Danny Brown, serious craftsman and burgeoning elder statesman of rap".

Certainly interested to hear it but was pretty disappointed with both Old and Atrocity Exhibition.

Tip is my lifelong partner now. I want him to produce all my albums. We’re getting closer as friends so the next album will be even better. I want to drop something within a year. I got a joint with slowthai coming too, so watch out for that. I try to only work with people who I feel fit into my universe.

Not a fan of this guy but since Q-Tip is involved I checked it out. As expected, I really like the Tip produced tracks. The RTJ one is meh.

This album is awesome. I've always preferred the mellowed version of danny and this album is that...and the beats are dope.

Another video from the recent album.

Didn't love the new album. Had some good moments. Actually really liked the RTJ track. Can see Tip's influence throughout, but like Phila said, would have preferred a different direction.
